Monk Hyungak becomes head of temple

Monk Hyungak (Paul Myunzen), author of ``Brutality — From Harvard to Hwagye-sa,`` took office as the head of Hyonjong Temple Sunday. The 37-year-old American said that he would like to operate the temple in an exemplary manner and show the new look of Korean Buddhism.
