United Liberal Democrats (ULD) leader Kim Jong-Pil, front, sheds tears of joy at being given the opportunity to speak on behalf of his party at the National Assembly. The ULD was recently embroiled in a controversy over its efforts to obtain the status of floor negotiating bloc.
