While the Seoul bourse is showing a mix of ups and downs, the Kosdaq market is continuing its bearish mood.
The Korea composite stock price index, or KOSPI, which started the Tuesday market with a bearish mood, reversed to an upward trend around 10:15 a.m. thanks to the expectations of the government¡¯s possible market boosting measures, but showed a weak tone again later due to weakened purchasing power.
As of 10:50 a.m., the KOSPI stood at 503.47, off 1.06 point from the previous trading session.
The Kosdaq index also fell 0.76 point to 51.82 at that time.
