8-year-old girl attempts pansori

A thin girl of 8 years will attempt to sing a 3 hour pansori, Korea's traditional opera, which is not even challenged by adult traditional artists.

A second year student at the Kwangju Seorim Elementary School, Kim Joo-Ri, will be singing the 'Soogoongga' (Underwater Palace Song), a 3 hour and 20 minute performance at the Kwangju Citizen's Hall at 2 pm on Dec. 30.
