N.K. leader visits Hyundai development site

North Korean Central News Agency reported Sunday that North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il visited the Mt. Geumgang development site of Hyundai Asan.

Hyundai Asan Corporation Chairman Jung Mong-Hun led North Korean leader Kim around various locales such as the Gosung port, a hotel and a tourist center under development by Hyundai Asan. Central News Agency reported that Kim put much effort into the Mt. Geumgang development project and that he was greatly satisfied as he alluded to the success of the Inter-Korean Joint Declaration. Kim was accompanied by other senior officials of the Labor Party and the North's People's Army.
