Three Chong Wa Dae senior aides replaced

On Sunday, President Kim Dae-Jung appointed former Presidential Aide Kim Ha-Joong to the post of Senior Presidential Secretary for Foreign Affairs and Security, Chung Soon-Taek, Superintendent of the Pusan City Education Board, to the post of Senior Secretary for Education and Culture, and head of the Patriots and Veterans Administration Agency Choi Kyu-Hak to the post of Senior Secretary for Welfare and Labor.

Chong Wa Dae spokesman Park Joon-Yung revealed that the three senior aides have been replaced in order to smoothly implement national reforms in the ever-changing and expanding environment created by the cabinet reshuffle August 7, which marked the opening of the second half of President Kim`s administration. Park added that the three persons were chosen for their expertise and experience in their respective fields.
