Woo Sung-Yong and import Manic Radivoje combined to score two goals to help their Busan Icons get out of the bottom of the Samsung Digital K-League in Songnam, Sunday. Woo, the tallest among Busan players, scored two goals, set up by Manic, to stop Ilhwa of Songnam 3-0 in Busan`s away game at Songnam Stadium. Busan secured 14 points to edge Ulsan Hyundai by goal difference to escape from the bottom of the league.

The Sunday match highlighted the combination of Woo, who has become a star player after An Jung-Hwan went to the Italian league last month, and import Manic. The opener of the match came in the fourth minute in the first half when Lee Jang-Kwan fired a sizzling grounder into the Songnam's net. Woo scored the second just three minutes later with a beautiful header with the corner kick by Yugoslav Manic. Woo, then, connected the ball passed by Manic to beat the Songnam goalie in the 23rd minute of the second half to make it 3-0.

The Junnam-Ulsan and Buchon-Daejon games were all rained out.
