Nation's first online stockholders meeting in Aug.

Saehan F.I.L. LTD., listed in the Kosdaq, will hold its general meeting of stockholders through the Internet.

Although such Internet-based meetings are common in the United States and other developed nations, this marks the first in Korea.

"To facilitate the greater participation of stockholders, we have decided to conduct the meeting through the Internet to vote for the proposed new business direction, as well as other matters," Saehan F.I.L announced.

Stockholders will have the option of attending the general meeting August 28 at the Academy House in the Soo-yoo area of Seoul, or to cast their votes through the Internet (www.proxyvote.co.kr) on August 15 through 26.
