Final evaluation

Despite rumors that the plan to build a new airport in the Gyeongsang region will be nixed, an assessment team tasked to select the site looks around at a lookout in Miryang, South Gyeongsang Province, and listens to the explanation (left). On Tuesday afternoon, the team visited Gadeok Island, a candidate for the new airport`s site, and was greeted by Busan city officials and celebrities from the port city.
