ICBM Site

Photo shows North Korea’s missile launch base in Hwadae-gun, North Hamgyong Province, where signs of an imminent test launch of a Taepodong-2 or a modified version have been spotted. The photo was taken in 1999 by Space Imaging’s IKONOS satellite. The missile launch pad, assembly building, control room and other facilities in the base are clearly visible.
