Lee Eul-yong Makes National Team Roster

The Korean national soccer team announced its preliminary roster as the team prepares for its next round of warm-up matches in November.

The coaching staff of the national football team released list after discussions with head coach Dick Advocaat, who is currently staying in the Netherlands, via an international phone call on October 27. The national team will have warm-up matches at Seoul World Cup Stadium with Sweden on November 12 and with Serbia and Montenegro on November 16.

According to the list, Lee Eul-yong (Trabzonspor) has made the national squad about a year after the World Cup’s second elimination round last October.

The preliminary roster list for the Korean national soccer team:

Goalkeepers: Lee Woon-jae (Suwon Samsung), Kim Young-gwang (Jeonnam Dragons)

Defenders: Choi Jin-cheol (Jeonbuk Hyundai), Kim Jin-gyu (Jubilo Iwata), Yoo Kyung-ryeol (Ulsan Hyundai), Kim Young-cheol (Sungnam Ilhwa), Cho Yong-hyung (Bucheon SK)

Midfielders: Kim Jung-woo, Lee Ho (Ulsan Hyundai), Kim Dong-jin, Baek Ji-hoon (FC Seoul), Kim Doo-hyun (Seongnam Ilhwa), Cho Won-hee (Suwon Samsung)
