Japanese Are Ballsy? Having Fun in Water Near Nuclear Plant with Steam Leak

On the afternoon of August 10, residents of Mihama, Fukui city in Japan are playing in the water right next to the Mihama Nuclear Power Plant where four workers died due to steam leak. The Japanese government said that day, “The steam leakage accident happened the day before on August 9, and there was no radioactivity leaked.”
