China Warns Call off Visit of Japan`s Prime Minister

The Chinese government delivered its official opinion that the official visit of the Japan`s Prime Minister to China would hardly be possible if the Prime minister paid a reverence to the Yaskuni temple on August 15.

Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported that the Chinese government delivered its position to Japan through the Japanese Embassy in China and the Chinese Embassy in Japan.

Japan`s Prime Minister Koizumi has planed an official visit to China before or after the APEC, which is scheduled to be held in China, October this year.
