Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in a military uniform and a helmet waves his hand atop a Ground Self-Defense Force tank during an event held by an online video-sharing site in a Tokyo suburb Saturday. Abe participated in the event, as a new election law allows the use of social networking services such as Facebook and Twitter for election campaigning for the July parliamentary elections.
