Strong winds blow with rain in most regions of Korea Sunday. Yellow gingko leaves fallen by strong rainy winds are scattered across the sidewalks of Cheonggye Stream in downtown Seoul. The lows for Monday are forecast at 2-8 degrees Celsius and the highs at 7-14 degrees.
