Stop closed-door candidate nominations

Rep. Chun Hye-sook of the main opposition Democratic United Party criticizes her party’s supreme council for nominating former lawmaker Kim Han-gil as a candidate for Seoul’s Gwangjin district in the April 11 parliamentary elections instead of her at a news conference at the National Assembly on Thursday. Chun demanded that the party stop candidate nominations behind closed doors.
