Ethnic Koreans who worked at the inter-Korean resort in Mount Kumgang return to South Korea through the Donghae-line Inter-Korean Transit Office Sunday. North Korea expelled administrative workers after confiscating or freezing all South Korean real estate at the resort. Pyongyang notified Hyundai Asan Corp., the main operator of the resort, Friday that the number of permanent South Korean employees at the resort will be limited to 16 and asked the remaining workers to leave by 10 a.m. Monday.
