High-level Climate Talks

High-level talks begin yesterday at the 15th Conference of the Parties to the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change in Copenhagen, three days ahead of the event`s closing. Developed and developing nations failed to narrow differences on key issues, including targets for CO2 emission reductions and financial assistance for tackling global warming.
