Rocket Launch Celebration

A massive ceremony attended by some 100,000 people is held at Kim Il Sung Plaza in Pyongyang, North Korea, yesterday to celebrate the North`s launch of a rocket Sunday. The giant banner reads, “We enthusiastically congratulate the successful launch of the satellite Kwangmyongsong-2. The event brought together a large number of senior officials, including the head of the North`s parliament and No. 2 leader Kim Yong Nam.
