Hi Seoul Festival Event

As part of the Hi Seoul Festival starting today, an ancient police bureau during the Joseon Dynasty was reenacted in the playground of Jaedong Elementary School, Jongno-gu, Seoul. An elementary school student is pretending to receive ancient-style corporal punishment (beaten with clubs) on April 27, a day before the festival.
