Cheonggyecheon Streets Have Minimal Disabled Access

“Cheonggyecheon streets are beyond the reach of the disabled,” according to a National Human Rights Commission (chair: Cho Young-hwang) study on the mobility of the disabled along Cheonggyecheon streets in Seoul on August 4. Disability rights groups moved along the streets on wheelchairs and the sidewalk along the Cheonggyecheon was tough for handicapped people to navigate.
