500-lb Bomb Found at Bottom of Han River

An Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team of the Korean military is taking away an unexploded bomb found at the bottom of Han River at the Ilsan Bridge construction site in Kimpo, Gyeonggi province on January 29 at 11:00 a.m..

The bomb had reportedly been used by a U.S. combat aircraft during the Korean War. It is 110 centimeters in length and 40 centimeters in diameter with a weight of 250 kilograms.
