An official at the Cyber Crime Investigation division of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency is pointing at numbers text-messaged to mobile phones on the college entrance exam day. The numbers are dubious as answers (inside the dotted line). Left of the dotted line is the mobile phone number (later digits omitted) and the time when the numbers were sent. Right of the dotted line is the test subject which administered when the text message was sent.
