“I highly assess President Donald Trump’s distinguished determination and expression‎ of his will to solve problems by having great interest in the second summit,” announced North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. “We (North Korea) believe in President Trump’s positive thinking and will wait with patience and good will.”

Kim's remarks are interpreted that he made a rare remark, praising Mr. Trump, in order to urge the United States to prepare for corresponding measures that suit the "Big Deal" as North Korea is ready for denuclearization such as prior validation of the withdrawal of nuclear facilities in Yongbyon.

North Korea’s Chosun Central News Agency reported on Thursday that Kim Jong Un revealed as such after listening to the result of North Korean delegates’ visit to Washington led by its envoy Kim Yong Chol for senior-level talks. “(Chairman Kim Jong Un) received the magnificent personally handwritten letter sent by President Trump and expressed great satisfaction,” reported the news agency. “He also expressed satisfaction on the status of the summit that was carried out in Washington and its result.”

"Chairman Kim continues to assure the President of the United States he is intent on denuclearization and I hope that at the end of February, when the two leaders get together, we can make a substantial step along the way," U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told Fox News in an interview broadcast on Wednesday.
