Dentist and composer Lapin debuts as singer

Lapin, who won at the composer competition program called Mnet's "Superhit" in 2013, has debuted as a singer. Lapin is a stage name meaning rabbit in French.

Lapin is a dentist and composer. She recently released a ballad song "My way," adding a singer title to her job list. The Dong-A Ilbo had a phone interview with him that she said, "Composing has been my major job and I occasionally had sang in unofficial guide recordings. I decided to sing myself this time partly due to difficulty in casting a singer."

Lapin has composed songs including "Jungi, Goddess of Fire," "Shine or Go Crazy," Queen's Flower" and "Hwajeong." Male singer Bobby Kim's songs including "Forever You" and female singer Baek A-hyun's "Tears are Love" were also composed by Lapin. She has been working as dentist and composer for the past 20 years. However, she has worked hard in both. Right after leaving her dental clinic, she gets immersed in the music world. She has composed songs for overseas ads of Naver's Line in 2014, which recorded downloads of more than 20 million. Her song was played at a China booth at the Expo Milano 2015.

"This has been all possible since I'm not married and I don't have a child. I compose songs at times when others would be caring for their children."

"I want to release a mini or regular album this year that contain songs I sang myself," she said. "In psychiatry, health refers to the state when a person can see, feel and be impressed. I want to continue to live healthily and happily."

"Good things are weaker than malicious things and spread much slowly. I hope that in the music sector, good outcomes are released continuously, albeit slowly," she added.
