Long drought over

As rain falls Friday after the country`s worst drought in 104 years, famers beam at a sesame field in Muan County, South Jeolla Province. The Korea Meteorological Administration said the country will see rain Saturday and the central and western coastal regions in South Chungcheong Province will get more than 30 millimeters of heavy rain with thunder and lightning. The central region will see clear skies from Sunday with a rain front moving southwards.
