A 330 Million-Year-Old Amphibian Fossil

A rare fossil that reveals the detailed shape of amphibians 330 million years ago was recently discovered. U.S. scientists identified traces of three organisms considered to be salamanders from the fossil found in northern Pennsylvania. Those amphibians are thought to have lived 100 million years before dinosaurs appeared on earth.
