Cold Weather

The temperature in Seoul fell below zero with strong winds on Tuesday afternoon. People are seen hurrying to go home and burying their faces in their coats around Namyeong Station. An official from the Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted, “The lowest of January 31 is expected to be -7 degree Celsius, -9 degree Celsius on February 1, and -8 on February 2. From Friday afternoon, it is expected to begin to thaw and relatively warm weather is expected until early next week.”
