The Korea Exchange said it signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) with the U.S. NASDAQ to exchange information and build cooperative ties on October 14 (local time). Taegeukgi, Korean national flag, is flying outside of the Nasdaq building in New York in commemoration of signing the MOC.
