Kim Jong-il Receives Cambodian Medal

North Korean Leader Kim Jong-il (middle) received the Cambodian “Grand Cross Medal” and “Grand Necklace Medal for National Independence” from Cambodian King Norodom Sihanouk, who was visiting North Korea on July 31. This event was held in Pyongyang Jangsuwon at the Cambodian king and queen’s lodgings with North Korea’s Ambassador to Cambodia attending. King Sihanouk arrived in Pyongyang on April 10 ahead of President Kim Il-sung’s 92nd birthday anniversary.
