Tiger Woods to open a restaurant in Florida

Tiger Woods, who was once nicknamed as "Golf Emperor" but has fallen to the 262nd place in the world golf ranking after suffering a long-term slump, will open a restaurant. Woods posted two food photos on social media on Wednesday and said, “Almost here, The Woods Jupiter Opens Aug 10. Can`t wait!”

Name of the restaurant to be open in Jupiter, Florida where Woods currently lives is "The Woods Jupiter, Sports and Dining Club." Reportedly, the 40-year-old golfer has spent USD 8 million to open a 548-square-meter restaurant. The menu details have not been made public but major dishes seem to be grilled lamb chops and caprese salad. Woods spent two years to pick the best place and started preparation to open a restaurant from the end of last year. “A place where people can meet friends, watch sports on TV and enjoy a great meal," said the golfer envisioning his restaurant.
