Home after 1,300 years

"Wangocheonchukgukjeon (Memoir of the Pilgrimage to the Five Regions of India)" written by the Ven. Hyecho, a Buddhist monk from the ancient Korean kingdom of Shilla, arrived in Seoul Thursday for display at the exhibition “Silk Road and Dunhuang” at the National Museum of Korea in Seoul. The travelogue was taken from the National Library of France Tuesday for its first public appearance in Korea.
