Missing Presidential Badge

The presidential badge momentarily gets detached from the podium Tuesday as U.S. President Barack Obama delivers a speech to a gathering of the most influential women in Washington. Having learned of the disappearance while making a speech, Obama joked, “Everybody knows who I am.” He pledged at the White House the same day that the U.S. will produce five million graduates of two-year colleges by 2020.
