Lockerbie Bomber Arrives Home

Thousands of Libyans yesterday welcome the arrival of Abdel Basset Ali al-Megrahi (right in the front row on a trap) at an airport near the Libyan capital of Tripoli. The former Libyan agent, who was serving a life sentence in 2001 for bombing Pan Am Flight 103 over the Scottish town of Lockerbie on Dec. 21, 1988, was released from a Scottish prison.
