A Korean will play in the all-star game of Germany`s pro volleyball league.

According to the Bundesliga`s official Web site, Moon Sung-min of VfB Fiedrichshafen was named to the all-star team along with Generali Haching Marco Liefke in the latest poll.

Though Moon has played less than two months with the team, he has adjusted well to the rigors of German pro volleyball. The all-star game will be played Jan. 3 in Duesseldorf.

Moon also led his team to a 3-0 victory (26-24, 25-23, 25-20) over SG Eschenbacher Eltmann by scoring 10 points.

Of his 16 spikes, nine were for scores (56 percent). In the first set, he scored five points, but then struggled as his attacks were blocked. But in the third set, he overpowered the opposing team`s defense with a strong serve, including one ace.

Moon gained the largest score that day with 99, ahead of Georg Grozer`s 93. Thanks to the Korean`s brilliant performance, VfB Fiedrichshafen has won four consecutive matches and leads the 13-team Bundesliga.

Along with Moon, his team also is sending Lukas Kampa, Georg Grozer, Joao José and Markus Steuerwald to the all-star team.
