Searching for Spirit of Goguryeo

At the start of the 2007 Goguryeo festival hosted by Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, participants dressed as commanders of the Goguryeo kingdom are riding horses. Some 500 citizens dressed in ritual clothing of Goguryeo Kingdom walked in a parade along “Goguryeo Road,” which starts from the front gate of the Children’s’ Grand Park to Han River Park at the Ttukseom Amusement Station yesterday. The festival will run through October 8.
