Officers

On August 31 in the veterans’ center in Shincheon, Songpa-gu, Seoul, reserve officers having served various governmental posts including the defense minister, the chairman of the joint chief of staffs and the chiefs of the Army, Air Force and Naval Operations raise their hands in salute prior to adopting a statement urging to defer the handover of the wartime operational control from the U.S. to Korea.
