The temperature went up to 30 degree Celsius after a 40-day-long rainy season on July 30. As many as 700,000 vacationers visited Haeundae beach in Busan yesterday, the highest number of visitors this year. An estimated 200,000 cars traveled out of Seoul that day. As a result, traffic jams on highways leading to vacation sites such as the Yeongdong Highway, West Coast Highway, and Gyeongbu Highway started as early as 6:00 a.m..
