Festival Fights Bias against Mentally Disabled

The mentally disabled, families, and experts in the mental health field participated in the 2005 Mental Health Festival held by the Korea Association of Mental Health Professionals on October 12 at Songpa-gu, Seoul. Many events were held, including a drawing a large-sized picture. The festival was held to lighten the social bias against the mentally disabled and inspire the will for rehabilitation.
