President Holds Press Meeting

President Roh Moo-hyun visited Chunchugwan, Cheong Wa Dae on the morning of July 29 to hold a press meeting on forming a government coalition by transferring power. The reason why the president volunteered to have a press conference on this day seems to be that opposition parties, including the Grand National Party (GNP), opposed his grand-coalition plan with even the governing party being divided over the issue.
