Preventing Land Mine Accidents During Farming Season

On April 14, the Korean Army’s Baekgol Corps carried out land mine collection operations along the Namdaecheon stream in Cheolwon County, Gangwon Province. The operation was held with the approach of farming season to prevent local residents from suffering possible accidents due to washed-away land mines. Land mine collection alongside the Namdaecheon stream will continue until the end of this month.
