Foreign Minister Ban Delivers UN Speech

Foreign Minister Ban Ki-moon, who is visiting New York to participate in the 59th UN General Assembly, delivered a keynote speech on September 24. Minister Ban revealed that North Korea has to demolish all nuclear programs and he raised his objection to the number of Permanent Members of the UN Security Council being increased.
