Futures Dealers in Crude Oil: “Busy, Busy, Busy!”

On August 23 at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), futures dealers are bidding on futures purchases of crude oil for the month of October. The Wall Street Journal reported that the participation of speculators in the international crude oil market is igniting a vicious cycle of exorbitant rises in oil prices.
