North Korean Delegation Participated in “Seoul Railroad Symposium”

At the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) held at Shilla Hotel Seoul on June 17, the North Korean delegation who took part in the Steel Silk Road Symposium carefully listened to the opening address of Song Dal-ho, the chief of Korean National Railroad Technology Research Center.
