Rep. Kim Young-iel, the former secretary-general of the opposition Grand National Party, dropped by the Yeouido headoffice of the GNP on the morning of December 2. He met the press and said, “I admit it was my fault to remove the secret financial documents, however, other suspicions have been proved innocent.”
