Restoration of `3.1 Gate` in Top-gol Park

The 3.1 board hanging on the main gate of the Top-gol Park in Jong-ro, Seoul, was restored on Feb. 26. It was destroyed by members of a national group in November 2001. The 3 and 1 are from the Declaration of Independence while the rest is added in parts. It is the work of the nation`s Human Cultural Asset No. 108, Heo Kil-ryang.
