“Hussein, Leave Iraq!”

The Iraqi President Sadam Hussein`s exile from Iraq became a new Iraqi problem solution in the international society.

Of course, Iraq starts up with anger and the countries mentioned as refuges refuse the possibility saying, “It`s impossible,” but the reports of western and few Arabic media are too definite to ignore the possibility. The US Administration also welcomes the `unconditional` resignation of Hussein.

However, the American justification for attacking Iraq was `dismantling the weapons of massive destruction (WMD),` so the expulsion of Hussein itself cannot remove the war clouds right away. There is a worry that since he ruled with strong fist for 30 years, his resignation might create a vacuum of power, so it could be a new explosive warehouse of the Middle East.

▽Report of media=The media that generalized the possibility of Hussein`s flight from Iraq was the AP of America. It reported on last December 30th quoting nameless diplomatic news source from Jordan, “The Arabic Leaders are groping for ways for Hussein`s flight from Iraq.”

Prior to the AP report, the Foreign Affairs Minister of Saudi Arabia Saud Al Paizal said to reporters, “The Middle East Leaders have urged Hussein to avoid war several times,” so it was construed that he advised Hussein`s flight from Iraq.

Following the AP, the Entecav and the Teheran Times of Iran reported on the 2nd that America was discussing ways with Russia to expel the President Hussein without a war. And on the 9th, the German daily Tageszeitung reported, “The Russian President Bladimir Putin is considering a way to have direct negotiation with Hussein,” so the Russia`s arbitration is getting attention.

The British Daily Telegraph went one more step and mentioned Russia, Belarus, Egypt, Libya, and Mauritania as Hussein`s refuge sites.

▽Will he really flee?=The possibility for Hussein to accept the exile proposal is near zero at this moment. The Hussein Family is assuming all the upper structure of Iraq, so there is no way for him to give it up. Just Hussein himself may exile, but the Arab experts analyze that it is meaningless since his influences are still there.

If all the Hussein Family exile together, the Iraqi society will lose the center of power and be in a vacuum state. It is a matter of grave concern for America, which tries to set a pro-US government in Iraq.

Hussein was asked to resign by the Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khomeini in 1982 when he was fighting a full-scale war with Iran. At that time, it was known that a staff member proposed, “Let`s accept it in a tactical level,” and Hussein shot him to death. Saba Salman, who exiled while working as Hussein`s publicity secretary said, “Hussein is carrying a bullet to kill himself at the last moment,” so considering Hussein`s personality, there is no possibility for Hussein to exile.
