‘Skiers’ Resort’

Neat Kabingturn of Japanese skier Sato Hisaya and Watanebe Gazuki. Manager Yun Beom-jin (35) is a skier, too. He, who is vice-chief of Starco that imports Salomon (ski), is a sports maniac as he has license of trainer for skin scuba, wind surfing and golf. He comes to café after office and talks with skiers about ski till late night.

There is considerable ski gear displayed at café. Gear of racing Skier, Choi Yong-hee (coach of dubel racing team) is also one of them. He used it when he ranked 32nd grade in downhill at Alberbill (France) winter Olympics 1992 (Salomon S9000). He is one of the two players who fully ran the course in Korean history of winter Olympics for 40 years since Skuo valley (U.S) winter Olympics 1960.

The Chef (cook) belongs to the new generation Mr. Lee Jung-hyun (34) who has 15 years experience. He specializes in Asian Fusion food like Nasi goreng (Indonesian fried rice), Chequeito (Southeast Asia noodle), and Depanyaki (Japanese bulgogi), etc.

‘Combined appetizer speciality by cook’ (30,000won) is vegetable salad with oriental dressing and sesame dressing, which is Korean style ‘seafood platter’ that has plenty of seafood such as cuttlefish, sea mussel, shrimp, etc. wine are various, too. Aromatic coffee, which is provided right after grinding and boiling, is also nice.
