Red Cross Delegates Visit North Korea

Lee Byung-woong, top aide to President of the Red Cross of Korea, is leading the South Korean delegation visiting North Korea for working-level talks. The delegation is boarding Seolbong-ho bound to Mt. Geumgang in the port city of Sokcho, Gangneung on Oct. 30. On the left is manager Yoon Mi-ryang, the first female Red Cross delegate visiting the North in 30 years.
