South Korean Unification Minister Chung Se-hyun, who heads the South Korean delegation for the 7th inter-Korean ministerial talks and his North Korean counterpart Kim Ryoung-sung are announcing a joint statement yesterday, which includes 10 agreements in Hotel Shilla, the meeting venue.
